Listen to relaxing music in our 88 degree shallow water therapeutic swimming pool while performing gentle water yoga and tai chi infused postures. Exercises focus on balance, core strength, muscle conditioning and flexibility. Modifications are provided for all exercises so you can go at your own pace from start to finish. Enjoy the many benefits of warm water exercise including relief from arthritis, joint pain, and inflammation and muscle soreness. Warm water exercise also improves strength, flexibility, and circulation.
